By accessing badger.ai or booking a consultation with Badger, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. CONSULTATION & PERFORMANCE COMMITMENT
Badger provides pipeline architecture and consultation for high-end landscape design/build contractors. Our core offer is: "Have 30 qualified consultations in 90 days or we work free until you do." Detailed implementation terms, timeline milestones, and mutual operational expectations are confirmed in each client's written service agreement prior to project kickoff.
3. DATA PROCESSORS & COMMUNICATIONS
We utilize integrated CRM workflows, automated calendar booking tools, and analytics processors to manage communications. By submitting inquiries, you acknowledge and agree to these operational tools.
